Dr. O.R. Avram

Meet Doctor Oana-Raluca Avram. She is an MD general practitioner specialising in enhancing and restoring functional ability and quality of life to those with physical impairments or disabilities affecting the brain, spinal cord, nerves, bones, joints, ligaments, muscles and tendons.

She obtained her Bachelor's degree in general medicine in 2005 from the Victor Babes University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Timisoara, Romania. She also finished her residency in physical and rehabilitative medicine in 2012 in Timisoara.

In 2006, Dr O.R. Avram started working as a primary care doctor at the Timisoara Municipal Hospital, where she stayed until 2012. Alongside working as a primary care doctor, she taught a course in medical genetics and rehabilitation sciences for the Health Sciences programme at the university where she graduated in 2005.

From 2013 to 2018, she worked as a senior doctor at Milimed Clinic. She currently works as a senior doctor at RAL-CLAU MEDICALS and since 2021 at the Timisoara County Hospital.

Dr O.R. Avram is specialised in muscle, tendon, joints and ligaments disorders. She also has the ambition to further specialise in physical and rehabilitative medicine.

I started working at Dokteronline in 2017 when online medicine was a new and emerging sector. For me, online medicine allows me to practise medicine in an interesting way worldwide. Over the years, I have witnessed that what people with medical problems need most is quick access to adequate treatment. This is why I decided to join Dokteronline.
